This policy explains how Athirran Group ("we") handles personal data submitted through this website, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the rules made under it.

What we collect

Only what you type into our enquiry forms: name, phone number, age, sex, district, city, qualification or organisation, the course or service you are asking about, and any message you add. Please do not include medical history or health details in free-text fields. Appointments for the clinic are booked by WhatsApp or phone, not through these forms.

Why we collect it

To respond to your enquiry or application. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.

Who sees it

Our staff handling admissions or consultancy enquiries. Form submissions are stored in Google Workspace spreadsheets operated on our behalf.

How long we keep it

Only as long as needed to handle your enquiry or admission, and as required by law.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or erase your data, or withdraw consent, by writing to info@athirrangroup.com.
